Photograph consistently
Use clean framing, accurate colour, stable lighting and useful angles. Keep both fresh and healed work clearly labelled so viewers understand what they are seeing.
Obtain permission
Record consent for taking, storing and publishing client images. Respect a refusal and remove identifying details when that is what was agreed.
Show development honestly
Separate practice-skin work from client work, credit collaborations, avoid excessive editing and never present another artist’s work as your own.
Check authoritative safety guidance
Course learning should be compared with current official guidance, equipment and product instructions and the rules that apply where you work. Review the authoritative tattoo safety references and international-use note.
